ASI Mining has a global presence with its headquarters located in North America (Mendon, Utah) and its Autonomous Haulage System (AHS) support center located in Perth, Australia. ASI Mining's support resources are combined with Epiroc's global customer center locations allowing for AHS support to over 150 countries worldwide. This includes all levels of support including front end project planning, operational readiness support, deployment, optimization, training, safety, risk management, and AHS site support options. Customers can choose between Tier 1, Tier 2, or Tier 3 site support options as well as parts warehousing and logistical support.
A successful AHS project is heavily reliant on the operational readiness of the mine site. Epiroc and ASI Mining develop a true partnership with customers to equip them with the knowledge and understanding of roles and responsibilities that make AHS implementation productive and successful. Using ASI Mining's blueprints for deploying AHS along with training and support will help ensure all customers have the base foundation needed to scale quickly and safely. Support for all stages of deployment and operation are offered 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
